Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

During peak seasons, holidays, or major product launches, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.


Shipping Times & Rates

United States (Domestic Shipping)

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.


International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days depending on destination country and customs processing.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.


Delivery Issues

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Verify your shipping address

  2. Check with neighbors or building management

  3. Contact the shipping carrier

We will assist you in opening a carrier investigation if necessary.

Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned due to incorrect customer-provided addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs and import fees.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, your entire order may ship once all items become available.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Nuero Tech is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
