Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unopened, unworn and unused

  • In the original packaging

  • With all included accessories and documentation

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Prescription Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a current, complete, and accurate prescription, including all required prescription details.

If a customer provides prescription information that is outdated, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise does not match their actual vision needs, and this results in blurred vision, discomfort, or unusable eyewear, we are not responsible for offering a free remake.

We strongly recommend that customers submit their most recent valid prescription before placing an order for prescription lenses.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

please contact us immediately at store@nuerotechco.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Prescription lenses or customized eyewear

  • Items that show signs of use or wear

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Gift cards

Because prescription lenses are custom made, they are final sale once production has started.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at store@nuerotechco.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still be:

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • with proof of purchase

Custom prescription lenses remain non-returnable.
